We’ll also cover how they will impact your business, your employment documentation, and what you should be doing now to prepare.
  • Virtual Session 2 (9th March, 11am - 12pm): In this session, we’ll look at the Health and Safety Authority Program of Works and the health & safety considerations of hybrid working in the long-term. We’ll also discuss how best businesses can recover post-pandemic.
  • Session 3 (10th March): In this valuable one-to-one session with a Peninsula consultant, you’ll get the opportunity to discuss the topics covered in the first two days, ask any questions you have, and go through the challenges your business is facing right now with practical advice on what you can do to win back your time.

Lesley Maher currently works as an Employment Law Consultant, assisting business development managers with incoming queries regarding employee relations, general HR management, and recent legislation updates. Lesley holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and has a background in field HRM.

Stephanie Byrne-Roche ― Principal H&S Consultant

Stephanie Byrne-Roche is the ROI Senior Health & Safety Consultant and is a registered member of IOSH. She graduated from UCD with a Higher Diploma in Health & Safety in the Workplace and holds a FETAC Level 6 Manual Handling Instructor certificate.
